Based in New York City and serving clients across the United States and internationally, Justin Collins is a highly experienced meetings and events professional with nearly twenty years of expertise in hotel operations, sales, and third-party client management. He is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail, collaborative approach, and steadfast dedication to safeguarding his clients’ interests throughout every phase of the meeting planning process—including destination selection, venue sourcing, contract negotiations, and final financial reconciliation.

Justin began in the hotel industry, gaining leadership experience in sales, account management, and convention services with major hotel brands. This background gives him a unique client perspective, including an understanding of how hotels evaluate group business, structure deals, and set pricing and concessions. He negotiates strategically to secure value and favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with hospitality partners.

Since joining ConferenceDirect in 2017, Justin has consulted with associations, nonprofit organizations, and corporate clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, education, public safety, financial services, and professional services.
